The Red-faced Parrot Finch which is also known as the Red Headed Parrot Finch is an inhabitant of the Pacific Island in New Caledonia.
Feeding
Each day these birds need a fresh supply of water and food. They should be provided with millets and grass seeds daily, which can be supplied by good quality finch seed. These birds tend to be more of a vegetarian and should be given plenty of green seeds, fruits, chickweed, millet, greens and oats. They also need egg food and protein.
Housing
The Red-headed Parrot Finch does well living in bird rooms or aviaries.
