Golden-sided Euphonia -Euphonia cayennensis
This euphonia is found in the canopy and at borders of humid forest from southeast Venezuela south and east to central Amazonia and the coast of northeast Brazil, where it is principally confined to altitudes below 600 m.
Physical charateristics
Males are all dark glossy blue with conspicuous yellow patches at shoulder. Sides and flanks mottled blue grey. Females are patterned similar with dull gray head and dark olive upperparts. Underparts olive yellow.
